The atmosphere in the hostel was friendly and welcoming, making it a perfect choice for solo travelers like me. Additionally, the hostel provided great recommendations for exploring the beautiful sights of Hualien. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The owner provides useful information on nearby attractions, like Taroko National Park. The hostel is clean and comfortable, with cozy interiors. Had a great New Year's experience at this cozy hostel! The staff were incredibly friendly and social, even organizing a Christmas party. The spacious lounges were perfect for relaxing and they even had free bikes to use. The facilities were functional and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Plus, the location was convenient, with key attractions nearby. The atmosphere was fantastic, creating a welcoming and homey vibe that made me want to stay longer.

Although the hostel had a great atmosphere, the rooms did get a bit stuffy in winter with closed windows. There were occasional mosquitoes, but not too many during this season.

lazy house in hualien city exceeded my expectations with its homely and cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and adorable pets. the communal kitchen and lounge area were perfect for relaxing, and the rooms were comfortable with great showers. i'll definitely be back!
